Slowly but surely, I am getting old! Although, I am still young, slim and dam good
looking, I have decided to write, the last symphony of my life. It is called
“Javorek’s Barbell and Dumbbell Symphony in Complex Major”. It contains the
cream of my coaching work from 1966 to 2025. I must admit: a terrible symphony!
